Regulation FD Disclosure On June 25, 2026, Flash Sports & Media Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the launch of the Zimbabwe T20 League (“ZT20”), a new professional franchise cricket league scheduled to debut in October and November 2026. ZT20 is being developed through the Company’s subsidiary, Innovative Production Group FZ, LLC (“IPG”), in partnership with the Zimbabwe Cricket (“ZC”), pursuant to existing commercial arrangements.
