On August 20, 2026, Kirstin M. Gould advised James River Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation as a director of the Company, effective immediately. Ms. Gould’s resignation was not the result of a disagreement with the Company with respect to any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
