(the “ Company ”) (NYSE American: JOB) issued a press release announcing the Company’s consolidated results for the fiscal 2026 third quarter and year-to-date periods ended June 30, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
